George Castillo, with Professional Property Inspectors, recently performed a very thorough inspection of a property that I was purchasing. He explained his process, got right to work, and after a few hours, he verbally shared some findings that would need to be addressed. Later that same day, he emailed his 100 page report and I was blown away with the details. He inspected every square inch of the property, took photographs, and wrote up summaries. He used a drone to photograph the roof, crawled into the attic, ran appliances, tested outlets, and more. George is personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The second I met him my original opinion was confirmed.  It’s not easy to find trustworthy people in Miami.  He has gone out of his way to help me get through the process of getting approved for insurance on my condo (without charging me a dime until it’s ready to be approved).   I asked him if he knew vendors that could provide the work necessary to pass inspection.
